The Sabbath — Letting Go
In the Bible, Sabbath means rest. In Neville’s teaching, it means rest from mental labor. Once you’ve assumed the wish fulfilled, you enter the Sabbath — the holy pause — where you stop trying. Today, let go and let God do the arranging.
Do no work toward your goal today. Simply rest in faith.
The Sabbath is the acceptance of the end.
Neville Goddard
You’ve imagined the end.
You’ve felt it.
You’ve become it.
Now what? Now… you rest.
This is the part no one talks about.
The pause.
The stillness.
The knowing.
In ancient times, the Sabbath wasn’t about rules —
it was about rest after creation.
Today is your Sabbath.
Not because you’re giving up —
but because you know it’s done.
You’re not pushing.
You’re not chasing.
You’re letting go… and trusting the process to unfold.
Let the bridge build itself.
Today, don’t force anything. Just be.
The feeling of peace?
That’s the sign it’s working.
If this gave you permission to relax into your power,
like, subscribe, and hit the bell.
Because rest… is part of creation.
How did you feel letting go of effort? Can I allow myself to rest in the knowing that my desire is already fulfilled? What does that kind of peace feel like?
